Our cycle tour begins in the heart of the German Wine Route. The
Rhineland Plain then provides a variety of backdrops as you continue
through glorious woodland and sprawling tobacco fields and along the
remnants of the old Rhine. In the Rheinhessen and Palatinate wine
regions, there are plenty of places to enjoy a glass of wine in the
vineyard where it was made.

Location: The DORFHOTEL Sylt is situated next to the nature reserve "Rantum Becken" on the island Sylt in the North Sea. You can choose between the North Sea in the west and the quiet tideland in the east of the hotel's premises (both within walking distance). The village Westerland is only 7 km away.
Your accommodation: The hotel consists of 12 houses with 159 apartments. The restaurants: Fresh regional fish dishes and international delicacies are served at the à la carte restaurant "Törn". Breakfast and dinner are served at the buffet restaurant "Achtern Diek" (playroom for children nearby). In the evening you might relax in the cosy bar "Luv". The whole hotel is a non-smoking area except for the bar. Moreover, there are no cars allowed on the premises. Without charge: parking, internet corner, wagon for luggage.
